This page explains in plain language what personal data I process when you visit this website, contact me or begin working with me.
1. Who controls your data

2. What data I process and why
Enquiries and introductory conversations
When you contact me by email or WhatsApp, I process your contact details and the content of your message so that I can reply and discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract.
Coaching engagement
To provide the service, I process the necessary identification, contact, billing and work-related information. The legal basis is performance of a contract and compliance with related legal obligations.
Protection of rights and secure operation
I may retain necessary data to protect legal claims. When you visit the website, technical service providers may process ordinary operational logs, such as your IP address, request time and device type, for security and functionality.
Testimonials
I publish a client’s name, words or likeness as a testimonial only with their consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for future use.
3. How long I keep data
I generally retain enquiries that do not lead to an engagement for no more than 12 months. Information required for contracts, accounting and legal compliance is kept for the periods required by law. Material needed to protect legal claims is retained for as long as those claims may be exercised. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn.
4. Who may receive the data
To the extent necessary, data may be processed by trusted email, hosting and technical infrastructure providers, or by accounting and legal advisers. If you choose WhatsApp, the service provider also processes the communication under its own terms. Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area subject to appropriate legal safeguards.
5. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing and, where applicable, object to processing or request data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. 6. Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not use marketing or analytics cookies and does not create advertising profiles of visitors. If that changes, this page will be updated and, where required, the website will ask for your consent in advance.
